Gainesville Healthcare Defense attorney Mark Thomas attained a compete dismissal of multiple charges against a psychologist before the Florida Board of Psychology on July 20, 2012 in Tampa, in Department of Health v. Shaked, Case No. 11-5995PL (Fla. Div. Admin. Hrngs. 2010). The psychologist was charged with utilizing “experimental” techniques on two patients without informed consent, as well as practice below the standard of care regarding the patients’ termination of therapy.
