David M. Delaney appointed to Florida Bar Education Law Committee


David M. Delaney has been appointed by the President of the Florida Bar to the Education Law Committee. Attorneys on this committee study recent developments in this specialized area of the law and keep the members of the Bar informed about issues facing the K-12 public education system as well as higher education and private schools. David Delaney is one of approximately 50 lawyers throughout the state who has been certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Education Law. He represents public schools, state colleges and universities, and other local government entities on general counsel as well as litigation matters.
